1 box Blue Evolution Rotini
½ lb Dungeness crab meat
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ small shallot, minced
4 Tbs butter
1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
¼ cup dry white wine
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp cayenne
½ cup smoked gruyere cheese, grated
½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
½ cup crushed Milton’s Organic Himalayan Salt Crackers
Cook Blue Evolution Rotini according to instructions on box.
Sauté the shallots & garlic in butter over medium heat until soft.
Increase heat to high, add heavy cream. Reduce cream for 1 minute.
Add white wine, salt and cayenne and reduce heat to low. Simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
Add crab meat, rotini and cheese and gently toss.
Top with crushed Milton’s Organic Himalayan Salt Crackers.
Transfer to baking dish and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with sliced lemons.
