1 box Milton’s Organic
Himalayan Salt Crackers
1 cup butter
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbs apple cider vinegar
sprinkle of Himalayan or Sea salt (as desired)
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Lay Milton’s Organic Himalayan Salt Crackers on the foil in a single layer, as closely together as possible. (It’s okay to overlap a bit.)
In a large bowl, melt the butter then whisk in both sugars, vanilla extract and apple cider vinegar.
Microwave for 2 minutes at a time, whisking mixture between heating times, for a total of 6 minutes.
Pour mixture over crackers evenly, then sprinkle top with salt (if desired). For best results, freeze dessert for 10 minutes (until hardened), then remove, and break apart into smaller pieces and enjoy!
