Gluten Free Pumpkin Spice Bars
6 cups Milton's Gluten Free Crispy Sea Salt Crackers, lightly crushed
1 ½ cups butterscotch chips
4 Tbsp butter
2 cups gluten free marshmallows
¾ cup glucose syrup
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
½ tsp cinnamon
1 cup white chocolate chips
Microwave butterscotch chips, butter, syrup and marshmallows for 3 minutes, stopping halfway to stir.
Stir again until smooth, adding the pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon and crackers.
Grease a 9 x 13 inch cake pan.
Gently press the cracker mixture into the pan.
Melt the white chocolate, stirring until smooth.
Drizzle over the bars and let set.
Slice and serve!
