1 cup Milton’s Organic Himalayan Salt Crackers, finely crushed
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground nutmeg
¼ tsp ground cloves
½ cup melted butter
4 medium tart apples, peeled and sliced
whipped topping or seasonal ice cream
In a large bowl, combine the crushed cracker crumbs, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and butter.
Divide sliced apples into six ramekins.
Top with crumb mixture.
Microwave, uncovered, on high for 3-5 minutes or until apples are tender.
Serve warm with whipped topping or a scoop of ice cream!
