Baked Brie with Fresh Figs

1 wheel of fresh Brie cheese

2 Tbsp honey

¼ cup spiced nuts

6 fresh figs (cut in half or quartered)

1 sprig of fresh Rosemary

1 box of Milton’s Gourmet Olive Oil and Sea Salt Crackers


Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray the baking dish with cooking spray and place the Brie in the dish. Bake for about 12 minutes until gooey and melted. Using an oven mitt, take the dish out of the oven and place on a serving board. While still hot, top the cheese with the sliced figs and spiced nuts. Then drizzle all over with honey and garnish with Rosemary sprigs. Arrange the Olive Oil and Sea Salt Crackers around the baking dish and promptly serve.
