Gluten Free Nachos

Ingredients:

One bag Milton’s Gluten Free Crispy Sea Salt Crackers

1 can black beans

2 cups shredded cheese

½ cup sliced black olives


Instructions:

Simply start with a base of Milton’s Gluten Free Crispy Sea Salt Crackers on a microwave-safe plate, then pile with black beans and shredded cheddar cheese! Pop in the microwave for about 45 seconds, then allow to cool slightly. Top with sliced black olives and enjoy! This snack is also easily customizable for picky eaters, so choose whatever ingredients you have available, whether that includes avocados, tomatoes or just plain cheese. Yum!
