Create Stay-At-Home Snacking Joy!
~ Gluten Free Apple Crisps ~
1 cup Milton’s Gluten Free Sea Salt Crackers, finely crushed
½ cup gluten free flour (we use Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour from Bob’s Red Mill)
½ cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground nutmeg
¼ tsp ground cloves
½ cup butter, melted
4 medium tart apples, peeled and sliced
Whipped topping or ice cream
In a large bowl, combine the cracker crumbs, gluten free flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and butter. Disperse apples in 6 ramekins. Top with crumb mixture. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 3-5 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve warm with whipped topping or ice cream!
