Gluten Free Snacking Joy!
~ GF Baked Cheesy Chicken Strips ~
12 chicken breast tenders, cut into 1-inch wide strips
2 eggs, whisked
1 Tbsp water
2 cups Milton’s Gluten Free Cheddar Cheese Crackers
¼ cup finely grated parmesan cheese
1 ¼ tsp sea salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 ½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp paprika
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside. Place Milton’s Gluten Free Cheddar Cheese Crackers in a food processor and pulse multiple times until it resembles bread crumbs. Mix with cheese in a shallow bowl. Make an egg wash in another bowl by whisking the eggs with water. Add spices to egg wash. Dip the chicken fingers into the egg wash and roll into the cracker mixture, then place on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven until done, about 15- 20 minutes or so, depending on chicken breast thickness. Serve with marinara sauce!
