While we recommend cooking your pizza in your oven per the package instructions (directly on the oven rack – no pizza stone needed!), we know that variety is the spice of life, so we’ve outlined a few different ways to cook your pizza if you want to get a little adventurous.

How to Cook a Frozen Pizza in an Air Fryer

Air fryers have taken the world – and TikTok – by storm. They're a great way to cook crispy pizza in even less time than the oven, and still deliver all of the crispy, cheesy goodness you love from our Cauliflower Crust Pizzas.  Preheat your air fryer to 400°FPlace the frozen pizza in the air fryer oven (If you own a smaller air fryer, use a sharp knife to cut your pizza in half before cooking and cook the first half for 3-4 minutes. Then cook the other half of the pizza for 3-4 minutes.)Cook for 6-8 minutes or until cheese melts or until cheese is golden.

How to Cook a Pizza on a Barbecue or Grill

Hosting an outdoor gathering and don't want to be stuck in the kitchen? If you have a bit more time on your hands, cooking the pizza on a barbecue or grill might be a good option for you.

  1. Preheat your gas grill to 400°F

  2. Place your frozen pizza directly on the grill

  3. Close the lid

  4. Allow the pizza to grill for 15-20 minutes

  5. Rotate the pizza halfway through to allow for even cooking

  6. Check that the cheese is bubbling and the toppings heat through

Note: the grill flames can darken your crust and make it appear cooked before the toppings are heated, so check for consistent cooking.

How Long to Smoke A Pizza

If you're feeling extra fancy, try smoking your Milton's pizza! It infuses an extra smoky taste that adds a memorable depth of flavor to your favorite pizza. It works exceptionally well on Milton’s Uncured Pepperoni Pizza and the Roasted Vegetable Pizza.

While the actual smoking process only takes about 20 minutes, the whole process takes about an hour from start to finish, so be sure you have enough charcoal to last.

  1. Light your smoker and add charcoal

  2. Add an aromatic smoke wood

  3. Burn the charcoal and smoke wood at 250°F for ten minutes

  4. Turn the temperature up to 470°F

  5. Place your frozen pizza on a tray that will withstand the heat

  6. When the smoker has reached 470°F, place your pizza in

  7. Let the pizza cook for 20 min. or until cheese is bubbling

  8. Remove your pizza and serve

How to Reheat Pizza in the Microwave

While we love a new and fun cooking technique, sometimes you just need to pop a leftover slice of pizza in the microwave. Here's our tip to make sure your pizza stays nice and crispy – no soggy slices here!

  1. Place a glass of water next to the pizza and cook for 45 seconds.

  2. Ensure the water has cooled before removing it from the microwave.

  3. Enjoy your delicious Milton's Cauliflower Crust Pizza!
